Shipping & delivery

Flat-rate shipping is $9.95 for merchandise subtotals under $100.
Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $100.
Your shipping address is collected securely during Square checkout.
Frosted Flame is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after an order ships.

02 • ALL SALES FINAL

Returns & order issues

All sales are final. Frosted Flame does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Jewelry, earrings, and custom or personalized items are strictly final sale.

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email frostedflameff@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Enjoy every piece safely

Candle care

Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn.
Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
Never leave a burning candle unattended or near children, pets, or flammable objects.
Do not burn longer than four hours at a time. Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains.
Dessert-inspired candles are decorative scented wax and are never edible.

Wax melt safety

Use only in an approved wax warmer and follow the warmer manufacturer's directions.
Never add water and never heat wax directly on a stovetop.
Do not leave a warmer unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
Wax melts are home-fragrance products and are never edible.

Jewelry care

Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
Avoid perfume, lotion, oils, household chemicals, and prolonged moisture.
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store pieces separately.
Plated finishes naturally change over time; careful wear helps preserve the shine.

Frosted Flame uses the information you provide to process orders, provide customer support, and send updates you request. Payment and card details are entered on Square's secure checkout and are not stored on this website. Frosted Flame does not sell your personal information.
